
Back in stock this week we have country ribs, hot Italian sausage, fresh belly, and kabob. Kabob is one of our personal all time favorite cuts we make. It historically has not been a great seller so we stopped making it for a while, but we missed it so much we decided to bring back. These kabob cuts are nice clean and lean two inch cubes of pork cut from the hams. We like marinating them with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and large chunks of onion. After 30 min or so skewer them and throw them on the grill. Nice, simple, truly delicious meal.
